Angelina Jolie Voight was born in Los Angeles on the 4th of June 1975, apparently at 09:09, and growing up there Angelina was no stranger to the film industry, being the daughter of her Academy Award-winning father Jon Voight and of model Marcheline Bertrand.

Although her dream as a child was actually to become a funeral director, a 16 year-old Jolie worked as a professional model in London, New York and Los Angeles. She began her career at the age of 7 when she auditioned for a role in a child singing group. The group was made up of her, Latavia Roberson, Beyonce's cousin, Kelly Rowland and LeToya Luckett.
